    I brought my truck in for a factory recall to change out a ground strap. I had a couple of towels embroidered with a moose on them to help keep my seats from getting dirty and to protect the edges from wear and tear. I didn't realize until I got home, the passenger side towel was missing. I don't know why it was removed, and I don't know why it wasn't left in the truck if it was in the way. It's not a big deal, but it's irritating. Sometimes it's the little things!

    I have an ignition interlock device in my car. Your staff assured me that they would be fine using it as long as I gave them a new mouthpiece. I provided them with it and in the end, they violated my interlock which has now cost me $200 out of my pocket to have re calibrated. I attempted to make sure that this DID NOT happen and it DID.
