Terrible. I took my car to be inspected and it failed all the way around. Come to find out, it failed during my last oil change and I was never notified of the things that needed fixed. Instead I was pressured into buying a detail.

Yearly inspection was conducted with no issues. I asked the service tech to show me how to set the auto breaking when cruise is activated. He informed me it was properly set. I informed him it does not activate by he offered no solution and sent me on my way
I had such a wonderful experience at this dealer and they had me in and out very fast with my dream truck.
Tried to sell me a new unneeded car battery instead of a car fob battery. I got 2 other opinions, and they told me it was my fob battery needing changed. I bought a fob battery from a different business and haven't had any problems with my chevy malibu since.
So far, so good! We will see after I get a new- to me- car....Bob did great with the oil change & weird screech....now Ethan needs to bring it with a great deal on trailblazers!
Whenever I call the service center, no one answers. I have to drive to the dealership to make an appointment. I have had too many issues with a brand new vehicle.
my salesman was teriffic he was helpful and had all the answers! his words of call if u have problems or questions was great i have called him 1 time since my purchase he had my answers.
Unfortunately didn't fix the issue and I'm going back Monday A.M. to fix the issue.
I started using this service center for simple items rather than go to my dealer in Buffalo. I was completely satified with the personel and timely actions. My only complaint is the AI/phone service. It took me 3 attempts to get through to the service dept.

I was promised my repairs to be done by a certain day, wasn't notified till the dealer was already closed that it had not been done and parts didn't arrive and my calls were not returned. I asked for a vehicle in the mean time and received no response.

Took Tahoe in for 60,000 mile service about a month after purchase and was told it was past due on two fluid exchanges. The bill was close to $800 and this was after I was told at time of purchase that the car was fully up to date on all service requirements. In addition after the trans flush the transmission is now very sluggish.
Vehicle was ready on time and addressed all issues to pass inspection. Bob is very personal when it comes to what's best for your car and is very easy to talk to

They tried to charge me for unnecessary service. Then when I declined, they charged me for getting an estimate which wasn't agreed upon in the beginning. The man told me he was doing me a favor by looking at my car so they charged me $97 to hook it up to a diagnostic machine. I will never deal with Schultz again.

Dropped off vehicle with check engine light on. Asked for oil change while it was there. They ran their diagnostic test and found out what was going on with engine. Cleared the code told me their was a software problem that had been resolved. Changed the oil and called me when it was completed to come pick up my vehicle.

I made an appointment to have my truck looked thinking my warranty was still good so instead of checking my warranty they went ahead and tore it apart and come to find out the warranty ran out in may somehow I paid 4000 dollars for it and never used it once!!!!

The dealerships sales representatives are great to work with. They're always open with pricing and financing upfront. The maintenance garage could use some improvements though. An oil change can take 15 minutes or 4 hours and nothing in-between.

Made appointment to get my drivers window replaced due to scratches caused by a wire harness in door. Service lady said at 24,000 miles the 18 bolt is out of warranty. I said no problem I bought the extended warranty. She said that won’t cover windows. I said no problem I have full glass coverage. . I recently purchased a new 2019 Chevy Trail Boss and took this vehicle to Ed Shults Chevrolet for repair of two factory recalls and a leaky back window. My vehicle was returned to me with grease on the interior, a misplaced dome light, gouged interior handles, water stained headliner, and scratches to the exterior. Three attempts to correct the problem and my vehicle is now destroyed. brand new car with bald tires. did not notice till after deal was made....because its a year old car why does it have bad tires?...would rate lower if i could, terrible managers, they wouldn't even talk to us just keep sending the salesman over to tell us things. I just bought a used cadillac from Ed Shults Chevrolet. The entire sales team that my husband and I worked with were wonderful. Even though they were probably very tired they were very patient with us and explained everything. They were all great to work with especially Maggie Palmer our sales associate.
